Performance cookies
These show us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. They also identify the organisation a visit comes from, where possible. They do not identify you personally.
Phone numbers on the website
If you allow performance cookies, some phone numbers on the website may change to tracking numbers. This lets us link a call to the visit and the marketing that led to it.

Targeting cookies
These record your visit, including whether you came from a link in one of our emails or completed a form, and may record the pages you visit and the links you follow. We use this to make our website and the emails we send you more relevant. They are not used for advertising.

Your choices
Changing your choices
Performance, functionality and targeting cookies are off until you turn them on.
- On your first visit, a banner asks which cookies you are happy for us to use. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. The banner asks again when your saved choice expires, after about 4 months.
- At any time, select the cookie settings button at the bottom of any page to change your choices. Your new choice applies straight away.
- In your browser settings, you can block or delete cookies. If you delete your saved choice, the banner will ask you again on your next visit.
Apart from strictly necessary cookies, each cookie expires as shown in the tables above. Some have no set expiry and stay until you clear your browser data. The tables show which.
