What is Freedom 360?
Freedom 360 is a health and wellbeing toolkit for eligible Freedom Health Insurance members. It works alongside your health insurance, not instead of it, and gives you practical support for everyday health as well as when you need treatment.
Why did we create Freedom 360?
Health insurance is there when you need treatment. But many health questions come up long before that point: a mole you want checked, a back that keeps aching, or a worry you want to talk through. Freedom 360 brings support for those moments together in one place.
What does Freedom 360 include?
Freedom 360 has two parts: Freedom Partner services and Freedom Favourites.
Freedom Partner services
- Freedom Digital GP: appointments with a GP by phone or video, booked through an app.
- Freedom Dermatology: a check of a mole or skin lesion using a kit sent to your home.
- Freedom Physiotherapy: a virtual assessment and a treatment plan for aches, pains and injuries.
- Freedom Diagnostics: X-ray and ultrasound scans, once you have a referral.
- Freedom Cancer Care: an information hub, and one-to-one support from a cancer nurse specialist if you have an eligible cancer claim.
- Freedom Wellness: confidential support 24 hours a day for work and personal life, for group scheme members.
Freedom Favourites
Freedom Favourites is a collection of health and wellbeing discounts from brands we have chosen, covering areas such as fitness, nutrition and recovery.
Who can use Freedom 360?
Freedom 360 services are delivered in the UK. They are available with Freedom Elite, Freedom Essentials and Freedom Worldwide UK. They are not available with Freedom Worldwide Non-EEA.
- Group scheme members can use all six Freedom Partner services.
- Individual policyholders can use five. Freedom Wellness is for group scheme members only.
- Freedom Dermatology, Freedom Physiotherapy and Freedom Diagnostics also need the relevant outpatient cover.
Eligible family members named on your policy can use the services included with their cover. Age and eligibility rules vary by service.
How do you start using Freedom 360?
Some services can be used straight away, and some need approval from our claims team first.
- Use straight away: Freedom Digital GP, Freedom Favourites, and Freedom Wellness for group scheme members.
- Approval needed first: Freedom Dermatology, Freedom Physiotherapy and Freedom Diagnostics.
- Arranged by our Cancer Care Team: one-to-one support through Freedom Cancer Care.
Your policy number is on your certificate of insurance. You will need it for several of the services.
Does using a Freedom 360 service mean treatment is covered?
No. Advice, a referral or a recommendation from a Freedom 360 provider does not confirm that further consultations, tests, scans or treatment will be covered. Always contact us before you have any treatment you want to claim for.
