How do you contact Freedom Wellness?
You can contact Freedom Wellness 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by:
- freephone
- online chat
- the Balancy app
You will need your policy number, which is on your certificate of insurance. The contact details are on the Freedom Wellness page.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Your employer is not told who has used the service. Employers receive anonymised statistics only, and organisations with fewer than 50 employees receive no usage data.
Can your family use it?
Eligible dependants named on your group policy can use the Freedom 360 services included with their cover. Check the Freedom Wellness page for details.
Why does it matter for employers?
Problems outside work often affect how people feel at work. Giving employees confidential support they can reach at any time can help them deal with issues earlier. For employers, it is a practical way to show that wellbeing is taken seriously.
What if you need urgent help?
Freedom Wellness is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, call 999, or call Samaritans free on 116 123.
