Generous annual leave
We offer our employees a total of 25 days annual leave with the addition of bank holidays. We acknowledge the importance of work-life balance, and we believe that our generous annual leave allows our employees more time to enjoy with family, friends, travel and pursue personal interests.
No weekends
We operate between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30/18:00 Monday to Friday which means employees can properly switch off and adopt a better work-life balance.
Social events
Social events are an essential opportunity to get to know each other better. We organise regular office events such as charity bake-offs, team breakfasts or challenges to motivate and keep teams engaged. Outside of the office environment, we continue to create a sense of community and build stronger relationships between team members through a range of event from informal gatherings on a Friday afternoon to end-of-year celebratory drinks and dinners.
