How long will it take for my claim to be processed?

Freedom Health specialises in providing an individualised service. We are real people in a real office - not a call centre, and you may often speak to the same person when you call regarding your health plan.

When you contact us you can expect:
  • All calls answered within 5 rings
  • Emails responded to within two working days
  • Correspondence responded to within 5 days

Once you have made a claim and it is approved we will do our best to make sure it is processed as fast as possible. Urgent enquires can be accommodated.

Usual turnaround times are:
  • Essentials is up to 10 working days for NHS payments following receipt of discharge letter
  • Essentials private treatment - we aim to provide the benefit 7 days in advance of treatment
  • Payment for Elite and Worldwide is made directly to the health providers
