This user-friendly online platform is designed to streamline the processing of reimbursement claims that are for all UK Freedom Elite and Freedom Essentials policyholders, making it easier, faster, and more efficient to receive reimbursement.

Our online claims tool will allow policyholders to claim on expenses related to the following optional benefits only:
For all other claims, please refer to our usual claims process by contacting a member of our claims team and they will deal with the claim in the standard way.
How to make a claim in six easy steps
- Gather all the necessary documentation related to your claim. This may include receipts, invoices, bank statements, and any other documents that support your reimbursement claim.
- Visit the claims platform's website and input the necessary information into the online claim form such as your name, contact information, the amount of the claim, and any other information requested.
- Upload any supporting documentation.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Submit the claim and wait for your confirmation email.
- Subject to approval, we will reimburse you via your preferred payment method in due course.
