Freedom Elite Claims

Making a Freedom Elite claim is simple, with no claim forms to fill in. Choose where you want to get treated from your hospital list and we will settle the bill directly with your private healthcare provider, so you can concentrate on getting better. If you choose the NHS instead, we will pay you a cash benefit after you’ve been discharged.

Freedom Essentials Claims

If you are a Freedom Essentials policyholder, you can claim a fixed cash benefit that will be paid directly to you, so you can use it at any hospital in the UK or abroad. If the hospital charges you more than the cash benefit, you are responsible for paying the surplus. If you are charged less, the extra amount is yours to keep.

Freedom Worldwide Claims

If you have a Freedom Worldwide policy, we are usually able to arrange your inpatient and day-patient bills directly with your doctor or hospital. This means that you can focus on your recovery while we take care of your medical bills.

If you require outpatient treatment, you pay the costs at the time of the treatment and send us a claim form with the invoices and receipts. If we accept your claim, we will refund the money to you.
