She’s known for telling her team, “Bug me—even on lunch or annual leave,” and it’s not just talk. Her door is always open, and her dedication never wavers. As she puts it:
“Telling my fiancé why he doesn’t see me much during the week... Giving my whole heart to everything I do over the past 20 years. I won my first award 20 years ago this year—keep going, keep driving yourself to be the very best you can!”
