Launching as part of the Freedom 360 toolkit 1st October 2025
From 1 October 2025, Freedom 360 will launch as a digital health and wellbeing toolkit, bringing together trusted services and exclusive wellbeing discounts. One of the four core Freedom Partners included is Freedom Digital GP, giving members access to online GP appointments through the Livi app.
Freedom Digital GP Now Part of Freedom 360 Toolkit
Freedom Digital GP was first launched in 2024 and continues to provide members with fast, convenient access to UK-registered GPs whenever they need them. Provided by eMed and powered by Livi, the service offers 24/7, 365-day availability for phone or video consultations.
Members will continue to use the service in exactly the same way as before, with no changes to benefits. Freedom Digital GP has simply been incorporated as one of the four Freedom Partners within the Freedom 360 toolkit, making it easier for members to access a more holistic approach to digital health and wellbeing.

The new Freedom 360 toolkit has been designed to simplify everyday health management while offering real value to members, and Freedom Digital GP is a key part of that support.
Who Can Use Freedom Digital GP?
Freedom Digital GP is available to UK-based Freedom Health Insurance policyholders, their covered dependants (where included), and members aged one and above.
There are no changes to how you access the service. Simply download or log in to the Livi app whenever you need to speak to a GP.
Please note that Freedom Digital GP is not an emergency service.
