Earlier this year, Freedom won Outstanding Intermediary Support Team at the Cover Customer Care Awards 2022 and were finalists in a further eight award categories across Cover Awards and The UK Health & Protection Awards. We are delighted with these achievements, but we couldn’t have done it without our valued brokers. Our aim is to provide an excellent service for you and your clients, and this will continue to be one of our key goals in 2023.
Celebrating 20 years in business

Our holiday opening hours
Freedom Health Insurance will be open as usual (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm) until Thursday, 22nd of December. Then, our opening hours are as follows:
- Friday, 23rd of December – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Monday, 26th of December – CLOSED
- Tuesday, 27th December – CLOSED
- Wednesday, 28th of December – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Thursday, 29th of December – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Friday, 30th of December – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Monday, 2nd of January – CLOSED
From Tuesday, 3rd of January, we will be open as usual.
