For more than a decade, our Customer Service Manager, Lynne, has been a key part of the Freedom Health customer service team. She is one of many long-serving employees at Freedom Health who have chosen to grow their careers with us, reflecting the supportive culture and shared commitment to service.
Developing trusted broker relationships
Lynne joined Freedom Health Insurance in 2012. Like many colleagues who begin their journey with us, her early years were spent building trusted relationships with brokers, listening to customer needs and helping shape a service approach based on responsiveness, clarity and personal support.
By 2015, Lynne was a central part of our growing customer service department. That same year, Freedom Health Insurance won Best Customer Service Provider, an early milestone that reflected the commitment of the entire service team!

Career progression and leadership development
Promotion to Team Leader
In 2016, Lynne was promoted to Team Leader. In this role, she helped develop new team members, supported complex queries and process improvements to make it easier for our brokers and clients to get the help they needed. Collaboration has always been a strength of our service team, and Lynne has played a vital part in supporting a culture where people help each other succeed.

Promotion to Senior Leader
Lynne’s commitment to people and service delivery led to another promotion in 2018 when she became Senior Leader. This was a significant year for Freedom Health as we expanded into a larger office to cater for a rapidly growing team. Lynne played an important role in maintaining service continuity while supporting the wider team through operational changes.
Supporting brokers and clients through the pandemic
The pandemic in 2020 placed new pressures on the health insurance industry and customer service teams across the sector. With a temporarily reduced team, she helped keep service levels steady and ensured brokers and clients continued to receive personal support, even at the most challenging times.
